In Dec 2017, I contracted with Kellie to sell my home. I was going through a difficult time & she seemed to understand. Kellie seemed to be supportive of my situation to sell at the time. Escrow on my house closed April 2018, 40 days ago. During the signing of my closing docs at the title co, it was brought to my attention that I would be paying for the buyers home warranty. I had missed this on the offer and when I brought it to Kellie's attention, she immediately said she would reimburse it to me, because she had also overlooked it. I declined since I knew it came down to me. Several times Kellie said she would issue a check for the Home Warranty and it was left with her insisting she wanted to pay for it, which she did on 05/23/18. I have waited until now to write this review to give her that opportunity. Thank you, Kellie, for taking care of the sale of my house and your follow through even after.
